Cookie Policy

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

Last Updated: March 7, 2026

Harmonize LLC ("Harmonize," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Harmonize platform. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and related technologies are, how we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and improve your experience.

In addition to cookies, we use related technologies including:

  • Local storage and session storage — Browser-based storage mechanisms that retain data on your device
  • IndexedDB — A browser database used for storing structured data such as authentication tokens
  • Tracking pixels and similar technologies — Small code snippets used to collect usage information

Throughout this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies unless otherwise specified.

Marketing (Future)

We may use marketing cookies and tracking technologies — such as tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and retargeting tags — to measure advertising campaign performance and reach prospective users. These tools may share anonymized or pseudonymized data with advertising platforms.

Marketing cookies will require your consent and can be managed through browser settings or opt-out mechanisms provided at that time.

3. Local Storage and Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage:

  • Authentication state — Firebase stores auth tokens in IndexedDB to maintain your session
  • User preferences — Interface settings and preferences stored in localStorage
  • Session data — Temporary data stored in sessionStorage, cleared when you close your browser

These technologies function similarly to cookies but are not transmitted with every request to our servers.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services integrated into the platform. We do not control these cookies. Third-party providers include:

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
